Pamela Mancini, JD, CA, is the Supervisor of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Victim Services Unit, where she leads multidisciplinary victim‑advocacy efforts across several law enforcement jurisdictions in the Pikes Peak Region. A nationally certified bilingual Victim Specialist with nearly a decade of experience, she is known for her expertise in trauma‑informed response, crisis intervention, and ensuring compliance with Colorado’s Victims’ Rights Amendment. Originally from Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, Pamela earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Guadalajara. Her leadership, bilingual proficiency, and commitment to equitable access have made her a respected voice in victim services and law‑enforcement collaboration.
