Lindsay Schmidt has been a Probation Officer with Colorado's 4th Judicial District for more than four years, supervising an adult domestic violence offender caseload. She earned a bachelor's degree in Organizational Development with a minor in Human Resource Management. Her professional background also includes working with adults with Axis I mental health diagnoses and ten years in the financial services industry.
