Shauna Jackson (Navajo), Program Support and Advocate - [email protected].Shauna is certified Domestic Violence Tribal Advocate and a Sexual Assault Tribal Advocate through the National Tribal Training Institute and is certified in adult mental health first aid. She was an intern at Haseya with the Colorado Organization of Victim’s Assistance while she was obtaining her associates degree in Social Work. Shauna recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Metropolitan State University of Denver with her bachelor's in psychology while also maintaining her position with the Title VI Indian Education Program. Shauna is a member of the Human Trafficking Coalition of the Pikes Peak Region, the Native Advisory Council of El Pomar's Elevating Leadership Development program and the Pikes Peak Continuum of Care. Shauna was recently appointed to the Advisory Board of Office of Missing and Murdered Relatives under the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice.
